The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were great! I loved that the containers were full size and not the tiny bottles usually provided. The breakfast was great as well. The customer service provided by the staff was exceptional.

I liked our stay because first, the staff was very nice and hospitable, and then the room was very neat and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great and the water pressure was just right. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for one night.

Not huge, not small. 4 floors. Minutes away from Walmart was the best. Place to fill my water bottle with ice.

My husband and I had never stayed at the TRU hotel so, I wanted to give it a try. Loved the ‘Happy’ and upbeat decor as we walked in, and the staff was wonderful! Had a very safe feel to the environment as well where the hotel is located.

Design and functionality was on point. Loved the simplicity, and the cleanliness was top notch. Staff were all courteous and had a good attitude. Had non dairy milk upon request which my family appreciated! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
